If the past is any indication, teams will not scratch relays. If they don’t want to run a complete “A” squad, they will rest a guy or two (or three or four in some cases) and enter anyway. So the top 18 times should be the 18 teams in the field on championship day. By the way, I’m operating under the assumption that the PTFCA meant to list the field size at 18 and not last year’s 16 on their website.

Assuming they split 9 and 9, the hot heat cut off would be at GFS and the boys of Penncrest would head up the slower section.
